Andrew Schwartz
Managing Broker | SmartHub Boston
Andrew Schwartz is the Managing Broker and founder of SmartHub Boston, a modern brokerage built on strategy, data, and disciplined execution.
With extensive experience in the Greater Boston real estate market, Andrew specializes in residential sales, multifamily investments, new construction marketing, and portfolio acquisitions. His approach combines sharp local insight with financial analysis — helping clients evaluate not just price, but long-term value and positioning.
In addition to leading SmartHub Boston, Andrew previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Boston region at 3D Apartment, a national real estate technology and marketing firm. In that role, he oversaw operations, client strategy, and large-scale property marketing initiatives across the metro area. Working closely with developers, property managers, and institutional owners, he gained deep expertise in lease-up strategy, asset positioning, and high-impact digital marketing — experience that now directly benefits his brokerage clients.
Andrew is known for navigating complex transactions with clarity and composure. Whether guiding first-time buyers in competitive markets, advising sellers on pricing strategy, or structuring acquisitions for investors, he brings a calm, analytical mindset to every negotiation.
His strengths include:
Identifying pricing inefficiencies and opportunity gaps
Structuring competitive yet disciplined offers
Creating strategic marketing campaigns that generate leverage
Analyzing ROI, cash flow, and long-term investment potential
Andrew has worked extensively throughout Boston and surrounding communities including Brookline, Brighton, South Boston, Cambridge, Natick, and beyond. He understands how neighborhood-level dynamics — from transit access to absorption rates — influence property value and buyer behavior.
At SmartHub Boston, Andrew has built a brokerage culture centered on transparency, preparation, and measurable results. His mission is simple: ensure every client feels informed, protected, and strategically positioned.
Real estate decisions should be made with confidence — not pressure. Andrew’s role is to make sure they are.
